Frequently asked questions

Do you offer financing?

Here are some options for financing THOW.

Yes! Here are some options for financing THOW.

HOME EQUITY LOAN

A common financing method is to get a Home Equity Line of Credit or “HELOC”. Lenders will often loan you a percentage of the equity in your home. Home equity loans are easy to qualify for, and the terms are highly competitive. However, this method requires that you already own a home.

UNSECURED LOAN

Banks, credit unions, online lenders and peer-to-peer lenders can provide personal and unsecured loans. Personal and unsecured loans are not backed by collateral. Therefore lenders demand more stringent credit requirements, ang give higher interest rates compared to other loan facilities.

What certifications do your homes receive?

We are certified by NOAH – National Organization of Alternative Housing. This requires us to build in compliance with NOAH ANSI+ standards. We undergo 5 inspections at specific stages during the build. Upon passing the final inspection the home receives the NOAH certification.

Do you build only on a mobile foundation or do you offer more permanent solutions?

We build solely on mobile foundations. We believe that this provides greater flexibility in where and how our tiny homes can be utilized.

How long does it take to build a tiny house?

The timeframe of the build depends on several factors. Once the design is completed by our architect, the average build takes 60-90 days from start to finish.

Where can I find you on social media?

Each of our social media accounts and contact information can be found here: FB & Instagram

What are the next steps?

Now it is time to schedule a meeting with us. We are available via phone or video call. This first call will allow us to get to know you a bit and determine your needs, desires and budget. From that call we can develop a plan, collect a deposit and begin creating a design that reflects your needs and desires. This will allow us to provide you with the final cost of your home.

Do you have different models to choose from?

We build custom THOW (tiny homes on wheels) specifically to suit the client. We do have previous models we’ve built on our website we can use and modify.  We can also design and build a mobile business if that’s what you’re looking for!

How much do these homes cost?

Each THOW is custom and therefore the prices range based on size and finishes. The range for our THOW is 90k-140k.

What type of hookups do I need for a tiny house?

Hookups for your tiny home will depend on the location where you will be parking and the utilities available. We can customize your build to be totally off grid or hook directly into city utilities, set-up with RV hookups or any combination of these. We will customize to suit your needs!

What size homes can you build?

We can build from 16’ to 34’ in length. Under certain circumstances we can go as long as 40’. Standard width is 8’6”, height is 13’ due to DOT regulations, however, we can build as wide as 10’. This requires special permitting by the DOT for transport.

Do you sell partial builds?

Absolutely! If you are looking for a quality built tiny home shell we are happy to provide this for you. We can build a tiny home to any stage that you like and then hand it off to you to complete. Most commonly we would design, frame, insulate, rough-in electrical and plumbing and clad the exterior. We would then hand the home off to you for installing interior wall covering, flooring and fixtures.

Do you work with customers outside of Georgia?

Absolutely! We work with customers from all over the lower 48 states.
